About Us

We are open from 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday. We do take special appointments on Saturdays if requested.

We are on Andover Road, almost half way between Central and 13th street- just north of the fire station on the opposite side of the road.

You can drop your vehicle off anytime day or night. There is a key drop-box just the left of the entry door. Our lot is very safe and well lighted at night.

We do not perform state inspections as only the Kansas Highway Patrol has that ability. The closest facility would be the Butler County Tag Office at August Airport.

We also do not perform routine vehicle maintenance. We do however, offer a free inspection for body and/or paint damage if you are looking at buying a used vehicle.

Our employees are I-CAR and ASE certified and have years of experience.

Estimate & Payments

The easiest and fastest way is to bring your vehicle by the shop during business hours.  You may also request a quote on-line by uploading photos of the damaged vehicle.

Estimates on drive-in vehicles often change due to unforeseen or hidden damage not visible until the vehicle has been taken apart. If your vehicle is not driveable and is towed in for the estimate, we will be able to complete a full inspection by taking some parts off of the vehicle and can guarantee the estimate will not change. Minor charges for teardown labor would apply if you chose not the fix the vehicle.

We do our best to honor our competitor’s lower estimate as long as it contains the same damage scope.  Often, we can beat their estimate but we would have to see the vehicle in person and a copy of their estimate.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks, business checks, money-orders and cash.

We do offer payment plans and financing of deductibles depending on the situation.  We do this in-house with no credit checks.

Repair & Service Time

Length of time in the shop varies from vehicle to vehicle depending on the amount of damage and the availability of parts.  After the vehicle is inspected and parts are sourced we can guarantee a delivery date.

We are a concessionaire shop for Enterprise and have their vehicles on site for you to rent. We will arrange to have a vehicle here for you and also will arrange the insurance billing at your request.

Ultimately, the vehicle owner is responsible for securing payment for the repairs. It often involves insurance and third party payments which we will secure on your behalf.

Your insurance company typically dictates the type and kind of parts we will use to repair your vehicle. We always prefer OEM parts but will guarantee certain aftermarket parts. You have the ability to insist on OEM parts with your insurance company but may be responsible for payment the difference.

Paint match is guaranteed. In certain instances however, a blending of the adjacent panels may be necessary.

Frame and or uni-body damage can usually be repaired. We have all the equipment on site to complete these type of repairs. If the frame cannot be repaired, we offer full frame replacement as well.

Absolutely. We will be happy to prepare a secondary estimate for any repairs you request.

Our facility is the heart of Andover and is a very safe.

Owners can usually keep all of the replaced parts but certain OEM parts are subject to Core charges and must be returned to the manufacturer. Those typically include bumper covers and headlamps and some mechanical parts. Insurance companies that are paying for the repairs have first right of refusal to keep those parts but typically do not want them.

We will contact you immediately after repairs and our quality inspection is complete. Preference of phone, email or text communication can be requested at drop off.

Insurance

You have the right to select any repair shop of your choice to have your vehicle repaired. Often and typically insurance companies work with pre-selected shops and will try and direct you there. It’s called “steering” and is against the law in the State of Kansas.

We recommend you contact your insurance company first, then us due to liability issues that may be pending. However, if you are unsure that you have a qualifying claim that exceeds your deductible, you may want to see us first.

Your claim number will be generated with the appropriate and paying insurance company. They should be able to provide that to you on the first report of the claim. Keep it handy as you will need it for the body-shop, the rental and any further communication with the insurance company.

Yes. Your insurance company will pay the difference between the estimate and your deductible. In certain instances, a portion of your deductible may be waived by the repair shop as an incentive to have your vehicle repaired there. For example, we have deductible saving coupons on our website which you are welcome to print out and use.

You will be responsible for paying your deductible after the repairs are completed unless prior arrangements have been made to finance the deductible.
