What can cause my estimate to change?
Estimates on drive-in vehicles often change due to unforeseen or hidden damage not visible until the vehicle has been taken apart. If your vehicle is not driveable and is towed in for the estimate, we will be able to complete a full inspection by taking some parts off of the vehicle and can guarantee the estimate will not change. Minor charges for teardown labor would apply if you chose not the fix the vehicle.
We do our best to honor our competitor’s lower estimate as long as it contains the same damage scope. Often, we can beat their estimate but we would have to see the vehicle in person and a copy of their estimate.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks, business checks, money-orders and cash.

We do offer payment plans and financing of deductibles depending on the situation. We do this in-house with no credit checks.
